Urban Routes
Validated end-to-end user flows and UI alignment for a map-based routing application, ensuring seamless navigation and functional reliability.
Comprehensive front-end, cross-browser, and design adaptivity analysis for "Urban Routes", a dynamic web-based ride-sharing and car-sharing application. The project focused on meticulously verifying the visual integrity, responsive layout breakpoints (desktop vs. mobile), map component behaviors, and critical transactional modals against the original Figma design specifications.
Web applications with interactive features—like real-time maps, expanding dynamic icons, and multi-step booking forms—present a high risk of UI regression and logic failure across different viewports. The challenge lay in validation across platforms, ensuring fields like "Add Driver's License" and "Payment Method" maintained strict input integrity under stress conditions, and ensuring critical ride-cancellation flows didn't freeze the user session.
Executed a rigorous web testing strategy using black-box techniques, including Equivalence Partitioning (EP) and Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) specifically tailored for the credit card and payment authorization modals. I conducted thorough cross-browser and cross-platform verification to evaluate design adaptivity, managing the full QA lifecycle by creating structured checklists, execution-ready Test Cases, and high-priority Bug Reports with visual evidence.
